IR i viesbuti, kuriame mes su vyru atostogavome galima vaziuoti tik norint nusinuodyti ar geriausiu atveju gerokai apsigadinti sveikata, aisku, uz toki "malonuma" OMNITURAS is jusu gerokai nulups.

Last week we had "very nice" vacation in Turkey in 5* hotel Turan Prince.
Before you decide which hotel you will choose please read our opinion about this hotel.
We have got a room without air condition and ventilation. 4 days we were informed reception about this but nobody helped us. Then we asked hotel general manager to solve this problem he answered that the hotel is full so it become only our problem. Finaly we changed room in the same building, but general manager suggested cheaper room in small houses for few families. After our visit we sow big dog near gen.manager doors(maybe manager try to protect himself from visitors?:)-it means that pets can not be at hotel - see advertising material!
Here you can see another biggest 10 "comforts" which we had in our room in hotel:
1. minibar wit refrigerator did not work - drinks were the same temperature like in room (~30 C).
2. Soap was so stink - worse than sh....t. Take the soap with you from home. Also the shampoo becouse there was no shampoo.
3. The towels for beach and basins all days were the same - after 9 days they stinks and became dirty.
4. The water in bathroom sometimes were cold or boiled-be carefull.
Sink was foul.
5. The elevator works as he likes - sometimes work sometimes not.
6. Also be careful with food - quantity does not quaranty the quality. We had big troubles with our stomaches - also we saw a lot of people near doctors cabinet.
7. Take stopple for ears, the turkeys pastors starts theirs orison songs at 4 in the moning, but maybe you want to get up to see the sunrise every day?:), do not forgot, that you will go sleep at 1-3 o'clock in the night:)
8. The personal do not understand english, russian... Only turkish. If you have a question you must go to the reception
9. Nobody in the reception have an joy when you come with the question (run impression that they are gods and for you is needed favour) . Pay attention, that the one day for one persone in this hotel costs 122$ least!
10. We leave our hotel at 12 o'clock in the morning, though our bus take us at 4 p.m ( we have waiting for 4 hours in the lobby, with disordered stomatch!)
Have a nice holiday, but not in this hotel:)
Tiesa, i musu pareikstas pretenzija OMNITURAS nesuregavo, ju "arkliukas": mes patys ten buvo ir mums patiko,
jei jums kas neitiko, reikejo "pamoketi" registrtauroj, kambarinems, barmenams... Ir tai po to, kai kelione mums kaina virs 6000 Lt, kai sistema ALL INCLUSIVE, kai viesbutis 5*...
Mes nebesitikim kompensuoti nuostoliu, bet nors jus neapsigaukit ir ziurekit su kuo keliaujat
